We are committed to respecting intellectual-property rights while celebrating the creativity of the Pokemon ROM hacking community.
1. Ownership & Attribution
- Pokemon imagery, character names, music, and trademarks belong to Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokemon Company.
- Pokemon Royal Sapphire ROM hack assets and enhancements belong to their respective creators.
- Original articles, screenshots, graphics, and tools produced by Pokemon Royal Sapphire contributors are © their respective authors unless otherwise credited.
Whenever possible we credit ROM hackers, translators, or artists who lend their work to our guides. If we have missed someone, please alert us so we can correct the oversight quickly.
2. Use of Visual & Audio Assets
We include screenshots, logos, or UI snippets strictly for commentary, educational, or review purposes. These uses fall under fair-use principles. We do not distribute official Pokemon ROMs, proprietary source code, or paid assets.
3. Takedown Process
If you are a rights holder and believe your work is used improperly:
- Email [email protected].
- Include a description of the copyrighted material, the exact URL on our site, and proof of ownership or authorisation.
- Provide contact information so we can respond or clarify if needed.
We review submissions within five business days and will remove or edit the content promptly if the claim is valid.
4. User Submissions
By sending us screenshots, guides, or other content you affirm that you own the rights or have permission to share them. You also grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that material on the site. If you change your mind later, contact us and we will take it down.
5. External Links
Some guides point to ROM hacking tools, Discord servers, or repositories. We do not control those assets; if you find infringement elsewhere, please reach out to the respective owners.
Thank you for helping us keep this resource respectful of creators and compliant with applicable laws.
